Worldwide Shipping
Offrandes ships globally, with orders dispatched from either France or our workshop in Bali.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Each order includes tracking. A Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on product weight and your location.

Back Orders
If an item is on backorder, we will promptly ship the in-stock items first. The remaining items will be shipped without any additional charges once they become available.
Delays, Additional Duties, or Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs import fees or taxes incurred upon arrival in their country, as Offrandes does not cover these charges. Customs clearance can lead to delays, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Click the link in the email to track your package. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@offrandes.com for assistance.
