HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM :

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
You must return the item within 30 days of delivery.

1. Please contact us by email [ contact@offrandes.com ] in the next 7 days after you received your order to request a refund or exchange

2. Mail your returned item to :

We are currently in the process of relocating our storage stock.

3. Include in your package a note stating the reason for your return, your name and the transaction number.

We will notify you by email once we have received your item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a couple of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Exceptions :
. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
. All Sale Items are FINAL

Restocking Fee :
. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
. The customer is responsible for shipping costs in regards to returns.

EXCHANGES :
If your item is in new condition, you may exchange it. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay the new shipping cost.
