Orders are dispatched either from France or directly from our workshop in Bali.
We ship worldwide.


TURNAROUND

Orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday (8am-5pm).

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs for your order are determined by product weight and your location. The final checkout page will display the shipping charges before you place your order.

 

FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over 150€ in France, 250€ in the European Union, and 300€ for the rest of the world.


BACK ORDERS
If an item goes on back order we will promptly ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order without any additional shipping and handling charges for the second shipment.


DELAYS, ADDITIONAL DUTIES OR TAXES
Customs import fees may apply when your parcel arrives in your country, depending on the regulations there. Customers are responsible for these fees, as they will not be covered by Offrandes.

Please note that customs clearance procedures can lead to delays beyond our initial delivery estimates. It is advisable to consult your local customs office for information on potential duties or taxes due upon delivery. Offrandes holds no liability for any import-related charges after the order has been shipped.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. To track your package, just click the link provided in the email.
