HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM :
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

You must return the item within 30 days of delivery.

1. Please contact us by email [ contact@offrandes.com ] in the next 7 days after you received your order to request a refund or exchange

2. Mail your returned item to :

3. Include in your package a note stating the reason for your return and the transaction number.

We will notify you once we have received your item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a couple of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Exceptions :
. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
. All Sale Items are FINAL

Restocking Fee :
. We don’t refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
. The customer is responsible for shipping costs in regards to returns.

Exchanges :
If your item is in new condition, you may exchange it. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay the new shipping cost.
