RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

1. Please contact us by email [ via the form at the bottom of the page ] in the next 7 days after you received your order to request a refund or an exchange.

2. Mail your returned item to :

3. Include in your package a note stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

EXCHANGES

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color if it’s in stock. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
